Hello
I’m a UX researcher with a background in product management and experience working with marketplace platforms. My work combines qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how people engage with digital experiences and how these experiences can be enhanced.

This space shares some of the research I’ve led, including usability studies, interviews, and competitive analyses. It reflects how I think, collaborate, and approach product problems with curiosity and care.
My Story
I began my career as a QA tester, where I learned to examine systems, workflows, and edge cases that create friction for users. That attention to detail led me into product management, where I developed digital tools in complex spaces such as healthcare and insurance.

Over time, I wanted to be closer to the people using the products. I enjoyed working with users more than anything else. I wanted to understand how they navigated real-world problems, what made sense to them, and what obstacles they encountered. That pull toward people and patterns led me into UX research.
Since then, I've led a wide range of projects, including usability testing, discovery research, interviews, persona development, surveys, A/B testing, qualitative analysis, site analytics, and much more. My product background enables me to ask the right questions, connect insights to business goals, and align stakeholders around what truly matters.

At the core of my work is a deep-seated belief in the importance of listening. I utilize research to uncover users' needs, simplify complexity, and enable teams to make informed decisions that enhance the product.
